Very positive experience. The store is downtown so you have to pay for parking. The decor is very 90's, but the store is clean and the employees are very friendly. Their focus is on the customer at all times and the salesgirls aren't loud or rude. They'll fit you and tell you which items, in their opinion, are the best fit, but won't push you. The lady told me she could tell me over and over what looks good, but only I truly know how it feels, and after I had choices that were good fits, I should consider comfort... then gave me time alone in the dressing room to pick. Such a good experience, such a relief to find a place that isn't Addition Elle to buy bras.

She's the owner and this has been her business for 14 years (I think). She explained stuff as she fit me, like fitting the larger breast and when something was a bad fit, she said, "We can definitely get a better fit." She obviously has a ton of knowledge and enjoys what she does.
